1.CENTER CONDUCTOR: Center conductor is copper or metallurgically bonded copper clad steel (aluminium) with high-frequency transmission specifications.

2.CONDUCTOR ADHESIVE: The center conductor is coated with a proprietary polymer adhesive to seal the dielectric to the center conductor.This adhesive ensures the dielectric is bonded to the center conductor to prevent moisture migration.

3.DIELECTRIC(INSULATION) FOAM: Dielectric foam is a gas-expanded,closed cell polyethylene .

4.FIRST SHIELD: The first shield is a laminated Aluminum-Polypropylene tape providing 10% coverage of the dielectric.This tape is axially applied with a minimum 18% overlap and is fully bonded to the dielectric to minimize signal leakage and insure long-term reliability.

5.SECOND SHIELD: The second shield is braided bare 0.15mm Aluminum alloy wire(tinned copper). This provides additional shielding and improves mechanical strength.

6.THIRD SHIELD: An unbonded A-P-A tape provides the extra shielding needed in some high RF interference environments.

7.FOURTH SHIELD: Braided bare 0.15 mm Aluminum alloy wire (tinned copper).

8.ANTI-MOISTURE COMPOUND

9.JACKET: An environmentally sealed construction is achieved by applying PVC or PE protective jacket over the braid.

10. MESSENGER: The jacketed cable is supported by a galvanized steel wire attached to the cable jacket by an easily separable web.
